Kijek&Adamski: Wizards of Polish music video

The Polish filmmaker duo of Katarzyna Kijek and Przemysław Adamski have created several visually stunning works for several mainly Polish music projects. Their approach to the peculiar stylistic form of the music video is conceptual. The result is often achieved after a painstaking process of creation. We didn’t choose the following samples from their works because of the music itself, which might not necessarily reflect Eastern Daze’s focus, but because of their visual side.

The concept of the following video reflects places disappearing from the map of Warsaw yelding to new archictectural structures. So called “Fair Europe” was a hudge market filled with hundreds of self made stalls hiding mostly cheap clothing. This area was also famous for tiny bars dishing Vietnamese cousine (since there was large population of Vietnemese immigrants working at the market). The video shows this habit twisted by imperfect memory of the place already being mythologized.
